Between swims within walking distance, seaside strolls, and sunset aperitifs on the rooftop, each day promises to be unforgettable.

The apartment includes the following amenities:

A spacious and light-filled living area, fully open to the outdoors, with direct access to the terrace. You will find a welcoming lounge space as well as a dining area opening onto the terrace (electric awning, outdoor table and chairs, plancha grill).

A modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, providing everything you need to cook just like at home: American-style refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential utensils.

From the terrace, an exterior staircase leads directly to the private rooftop, designed for ultimate relaxation. It features two sun loungers, an outdoor sofa, a coffee table, as well as a high table with six chairs, allowing for various setups depending on your preferences.

Sleeping area:

A first spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and storage space.
A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and storage.
A modern bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower, double sink, and heated towel rail.

Two private and secure parking spaces within the residence are at your disposal, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without worrying about parking.

💳 Security Deposit

A €1,500 security deposit will be required for the rental.
It will be processed via a secure payment link managed by the online platform Swikly. This step is mandatory and must be completed prior to arrival.

The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not impact your credit card limit. Service fees between €3 and €9 will apply.
Within 7 days after your departure, provided the property is returned in perfect condition and all terms have been respected, the pre-authorization will be automatically canceled.

⏰ Check-in & Check-out

A member of our team, local to the region, will welcome you upon arrival and introduce you to the apartment.
They will contact you the day before your arrival to organize your check-in and will remain available throughout your stay for any assistance.
