LES CLÉS BIARROTES – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

YOUR BOOKING
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the total price corresponding to the deposit. This deposit must be paid directly by credit card on our website via our secure payment system.
Upon receipt of payment, we will send you an email detailing your booking, including your rental contract, the property address, our contact details, the remaining balance, and all arrival and departure instructions.

PAYMENT
The remaining balance of the rental must be paid 14 days before the start of the rental period. This payment must be made by credit card via our own website or that of one of our partners.
In exceptional circumstances, payment may also be made by bank transfer if the following conditions are met:

• The net amount must be received in our bank account 14 days before arrival
• We must receive written confirmation that the transfer has been completed
• Any bank fees are charged to the client

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Clients must pay a security deposit between 150 and 1000 euros for an apartment, or between 1500 and 4200 euros for a house or villa, which will be requested upon arrival to cover any damage caused to the accommodation and its equipment. Please note that by accepting our General Terms and Conditions, you agree that any damage caused by you or your accompanying persons will be deducted from your deposit. In case of additional damage, the client will also be held responsible.
This deposit will be managed upon check-in via a bank pre-authorization, which will be automatically released between 4 and 7 days after your departure and after inspection of the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation or modification requests must be made by email. Cancellations or modifications by phone are not accepted.
The 30% deposit paid at the time of booking as well as the remaining 70% of the rental price will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Any change of dates or apartment/villa/house will be considered a new booking and will be subject to standard cancellation procedures.
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
If, after receiving the confirmation email, Les Clés Biarrotes is unable to provide the client with the reserved accommodation, or a property with similar or better characteristics, the client will be refunded under the following conditions:
• Full refund of all payments made before arrival
• Refund of the amount corresponding to the unused days of the booking

YOUR CONTACTS DURING YOUR STAY
In your confirmation email, you will find the name and phone number of your Receptionist, the person who will welcome you, present the property, and hand over the keys.
Please inform this person of your most accurate arrival time so we can plan your check-in.
In case of changes or delays, please ensure you keep them informed.

YOUR ARRIVAL
It is extremely important that we have your exact arrival time. Without this information, your check-in may be delayed.
Upon arrival at the airport (or 1 hour before arriving in your destination city), you must inform your Receptionist so they can start heading to the property to welcome you and provide all instructions.
Please note that check-in must be scheduled between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you wish to check in earlier, we will try, whenever possible, to accommodate your request.

Any arrival after 8:00 PM will be charged by the concierge.
- Arrival between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 35 euros
- Arrival between 10:00 PM and midnight: 65 euros
- Arrival after midnight: 100 euros

YOUR DEPARTURE
You are required to leave the property between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Your departure time will have been scheduled upon check-in. On the day of departure, your Receptionist will come to inspect the property and collect the keys. Please note that departures after 10:00 AM without prior authorization will be charged 60 euros.
If you need to leave the property after 10:00 AM, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request if there is no same-day arrival. If the property is available, you may stay until 5:00 PM, but an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rental price will apply. After 5:00 PM, the full nightly rate will be charged.

CLEANING
The property will have been cleaned before your arrival and the beds will be made.
Before leaving, the client is required to leave the property in good condition, with dishes washed, bins emptied, and the property tidy. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged.

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS
The tenant must inform BordeauxLocations of the number of people included in the booking.
Only the persons listed in the booking may enter the property, unless approved by Les Clés Biarrotes.
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation, except for babies under two years old.
If the client fails to comply with these conditions, BordeauxLocations reserves the right to require the client to leave the property without any compensation.

RULES OF CONDUCT IN THE PROPERTY
Guests are required to respect the neighborhood and the building. Music and parties are strictly prohibited. During your stay, we ask guests to limit noise, especially between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
In case of complaints from neighbors, Les Clés Biarrotes reserves the right to require the tenant to leave the property immediately at any time, day or night.
Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized.
By signing the rental contract, the tenant agrees to all conditions, including behaving responsibly and appropriately. In case of inappropriate behavior, Les Clés Biarrotes reserves the right to require tenants to leave the property. In this exceptional case, the client will lose all payments made, including rental and security deposit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Neither Les Clés Biarrotes nor the owner will be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the property as a result of tenant use. This includes damage, insurance, loss due to fire, theft, or misconduct.
If the client fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions mentioned above, Les Clés Biarrotes reserves the right to require the client to leave the property, and no compensation will be provided.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, personal data collected during the signing of this rental contract will be used solely for the purpose of managing the booking and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where legally required. Personal data will be retained for a reasonable period necessary for the execution of the booking, then deleted or anonymized. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.
