"Le Gîte", nestled in the heart of Eden Ouest, is a refined 130 m² flat designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Renovated in 2016, this flat combines modern comfort with traditional charm, with three bedrooms elegantly furnished with prestige bedding, an extra bed and a sofa bed, all to guarantee guests a quality rest.

On the 1st level
a large open-plan area of 80 m2, a place for socialising and getting to know one another:
- A lounge area with a large flat-screen TV and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed,
- a dining area with a table seating up to 9 people,
- an open-plan kitchen with a piano, an electric oven, a built-in dishwasher and all the cooking equipment necessary for those who love the art of the table,
- and a laundry room with a family fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus ample storage space ideal for long stays.
As in the rest of the house, paintings and sculptures by artists bring this space to life, blending in with everyday life.

On the 2nd level
The sleeping area with 3 bedrooms under the roof, one of which is attic:
Two bedrooms with 160 cm beds
and a 3rd with a 160 cm bed that can be separated into 2 80cm beds on request.
The bathroom adjoining the 3 bedrooms has a shower and bath.

The interior of the gîte is a veritable showcase of art and nature, with paintings and objets d'art subtly integrated into a bucolic atmosphere, transforming each space into an enchanted gallery of inspiration. Guests are also free to stroll or relax in the tree-lined garden, a haven of peace amid the hustle and bustle of the city.

DEPOSIT

A €1000 bank deposit will be required as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited, and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a €12.30 service charge.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the property being returned in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically cancelled.

Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8:30pm.
