The apartment does not have a parking space. Street parking is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The Clémenceau-Auditorium public car park is located 1km away, 15 min on foot (paid parking).

You will be staying on Rue Lachassaigne, in the vibrant heart of Bordeaux, just steps from museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops.
From Mérignac Airport: tram F to Saint-Bruno - Hôtel de Région (10 minutes on foot).
From Gare Saint-Jean: bus G to Lycée Camille Jullian.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for changes or cancellations to an existing reservation will only be accepted by email. Any requests made by phone won’t be accepted.
The 30% pre-paid deposit will not be returned in case of booking cancellation.
If cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged
Any changes in the dates or apartment will be considered as a new reservation request and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Holiday cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
If EnjoyMyCityLife cannot provide the guest with the apartment they booked due to events beyond our control, even after receiving the email of confirmation, and cannot substitute an accommodation of equal or greater value than the one specified in the reservation, the client will be reimbursed as follows:
• Full refund of the pre-paid amount before your arrival
• The amount corresponding to the unused days of your reservation
