Spacious and welcoming, Gîte Pinède offers a warm setting ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen—perfect for preparing meals with ease.
The sleeping area includes three tastefully decorated bedrooms:
– One master bedroom with a double bed
– Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests.
The bathroom features a bathtub and a double vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
Bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot and high chair can also be made available free of charge upon request.
Outside, enjoy a private garden and a large furnished terrace with a dining table, sun loungers, parasol, and built-in barbecue—the ideal setting for al fresco meals or relaxing afternoons in the shade of the pines.
To top it off, guests have access to the shared outdoor pool at the Domaine du Flamand, nestled in the heart of nature.

Set within a vast 4,200-hectare private forest, the Domaine offers an exceptional natural environment, accessible exclusively to residents.
Miles of walking and cycling trails await, ideal for exploring in peace and quiet.
Bikes can be rented and delivered directly to your door for complete freedom as you explore the surroundings.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A €650 security deposit will be requested upon booking.
This amount is neither blocked nor charged, and does not affect your credit card limit. Only a €8.10 service fee will apply.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided that the rental terms are respected and the property is returned in good condition, the pre-authorization will be automatically released—no action needed on your part.
