🔒 SECURITY DEPOSIT (Bank authorization)
A €650 security deposit will be requested upon booking. This amount is neither blocked nor charged, and does not affect your credit card limit. Only a €8.10 service fee will apply. Within 7 days after your departure, and provided that the rental terms are respected and the property is returned in good condition, the pre-authorization will be automatically released, no action needed on your part.
