💳 Security Deposit:
A €250 security deposit pre-authorization will be requested via the secure online service Swikly. This step is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival (a €5 service fee applies).
The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limits. Within 7 days of your departure, provided the terms and conditions are met and the property is left in perfect condition, the authorization is automatically canceled.

Please note: We have several apartments in the same residence, allowing you to book multiple units in one location for group or family stays.

- No parties allowed: This is a small, quiet residential building. Please respect the peace of the premises and the neighbors.
- Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
