All requests for cancellation or modification must be made by email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
If canceled 14 days prior to arrival, no extra charges will apply. Then 100% of the rental will be required.
Then Any change of dates or apartments will be considered as a new booking and will be subject to standard cancellation procedures.
We strongly advise you to take out a cancellation insurance.
If, after receiving the confirmation email, Bordeaux Locations is unable to offer the client the accommodation that has been booked, or a property with similar or better features, the client will be refunded according to the following conditions:
• Refund of the full payment before your arrival
• Refund of the amount corresponding to the unused days of your reservation
