Located in the centre of Biarritz, the house enjoys a prime location with easy access to beaches, the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport.

💳 Security deposit
A €1000 security deposit will be required for the rental. It will be processed through a secure link via the Swikly platform. This step is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival.
The amount will neither be blocked nor charged and will not affect your card limit. Service fees between €3 and €9 will apply.
Within 7 days after your departure, provided the property is returned in perfect condition and the terms and conditions have been respected, the pre-authorisation will automatically be cancelled.
