💳 Security deposit:
A €1,000 security deposit is required for the stay via a secure link through the Swikly platform. This step is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival.

The amount will neither be charged nor blocked and will not affect your card limit. Service fees ranging from €3 to €9 will apply.
Within 7 days after your departure, provided the property is returned in perfect condition and the general terms and conditions have been respected, the pre-authorisation will be automatically cancelled.
